Since my last post I haven't had any chance to share some updates, due to deadlines at the office. Fiiuuhh.. and it's weekend here in Jakarta! Yay.. Oh well time flies like a tornado. But, here I am finally figure something out to show some of the products that I used from Benefit Cosmetics. Remember, this is my personal opinion based on my experience!

Sehingga, gw akan menuliskannya juga dalam bahasa Indonesia. Sudah lama, gw sangat amat mengagumi dan mencintai salah satu produk kosmetik asal San Fransico California Benefit Cosmetics. Sudah bukan kabar burung lagi, Benefit Cosmetics akhirnya awal bulan Mei 2013 hadir di Jakarta, Indonesia. Meskipun masih dalam bentuk pop up store tetapi Benefit tetap bisa kalian kunjungi di Plaza Indonesia, sementara butik resminya nanti dapat diintip lagi sekitar bulan Oktober 2013. Gak perlu jauh-jauh melancong ke negeri tetangga seperti Singapura atau Hong Kong lagi!

Work History: Part 2

Like the world of fashion, there are fabulous designers behind those silky - beautiful dresses. Culinary world also has the 'IT' people who are really passionate on creating delicious food with their own genre. I had the opportunity to sit and have a little chit-chat with those people while I worked for my previous company. It was really fun and interesting. So thru this, I want to freshen up a bit by loading your mind with something different. Here are the 'IT' people aka professional Chef. 

Don't judge them because their title or profession is Chef / 'Tukang Masak' / 'Koki' ok! You'll never know how famous they are, I mean of course in their World 'Culinary'. 

Start with Adhika Maxi. As one of the owner of Union-Plaza Senayan, Adhika Maxi went to America to pursue his dream and ambition which is to be a pro chef. Along the journey in America, he had a chance to work for Gordon Ramsay for two years what makes his journey really interesting. After graduated from French Culinary Institute and after Gordon Ramsay, he never stop experimenting his own skill on creating food. And here he is, not only owning one of the most popular restaurant in Jakarta, he's becoming a famous private chef in Jakarta.

Bobbi Brown Beauty Workshop

For the first time ever, I joined a beauty workshop by Bobbi Brown. We only need to spend Rp500.000 and redeemable to all products. Held at Avorio Restaurant, Plaza Senayan Bobbi Brown taught us how to create their day time and night time look. BB's local beauty trainer, Amanda, was there to teach us and guide us step by step to achieve the look; from the preparation before applying foundation to the finishing look.

Each table, has been prepared with all tools; brushes, eyeshadows, foundations. Although, actually we are allowed to bring our own brushes. Well it's better to bring our own and not to share, not to be rude but just to keep away from any kind of 'skin bugs'. Hygiene, remember! They also provide you a piece of paper to note all the steps or to write down some products that you might buy.
