It's been a while since my last post. I've been very busy lately, doing makeup for pre-wedding photo shoot, special projects, and also food styling (my other job, hehe). So... couple weeks ago, I had a meeting at Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta Pusat, I stopped by at Sephora. Guess what? Stila has finally arrived at Sephora! I have been waiting for this because they have pretty awesome products and also been wanting to try one of their famous liquid lipstick, Stila All Day Liquid Lipstick. Yea it was like the right moment and so I took one home, I mean purchased ya! LOL
I heard a lot good reviews for this particular lipstick and one of the best seller shade is Patina but then I was looking for more vibrant color, so I bought the shade in Fiore (Hot Pink). After wearing it for almost 2-3 weeks, here is my review about this pretty lipstick.
This liquid lipstick comes in 10 different shades: (In the picture, Left to Right) - Bellissima (Pale Natural pink), Dolce (Nude Cinnamon Sheen), Patina (Dusty Rose), Carina (Vibrant Coral), Tesoro (Orange Red), Firey (Deep red), Beso (True Red), Fiore (Hot Pink), Aria (Magenta Plum), and Amore (Deep Plum Sheen)

Nothing really special about it tho just a normal liquid lipstick bottle. It come black cap with a slant tip foam applicator on it and a clear or transparent bottle. So you can see the shade from the outside.
Review
When I first opened, I don't smell any weird scents but there's like a hint of vanilla scent tho. The consistency wise is normal, not very thick or sticky and not very liquidy. The color after on first apply is very pigmented so one layer is enough. Very easy to apply and the applicator itself is quite easy to deal with, you can create a really fine lip line.
It says, "All Day", which means it's a matte finish for me. It is wet at first, of course it's a liquid formula, but after 10 to 15 seconds it dries up into a matte finish. It says all day, like really, I repeat.. stays all day! It doesn't make my lips dry or cracked my lips. But what I'm trying to say is that if you don't eat or drink, the lipstick will stay hahaha.But If you eat something like dessert or just drink cocktail, it will fade just a little bit especially around the middle lips. Remember if you are eating something oily and greasy, well of course it will not stay.
At the end of the day, I love this product and I think I am going to buy it again with another shades. hahaha..one is never enough! Here two pictures, before and after. Don't complain about my skin, I am not wearing any makeup, just eyebrow mouse and mascara. I've been suffering from acnes due to imbalance hormones so I am trying a new skin care and will update you about it soon!
Comparison
Bourjois : The consistency for Bourjois is more thicker. "Drying up" timing is slower than Stila All Day liquid lipstick. Color pigmentation is quite the same. Price? Of course.. Bourjois is way cheaper than Stila... where Stila cost you about Rp290.000,- and Borjois, I can't remember but it's about Rp150.000,-.
Lime Crime : Lime crime holds better than Stila. The consistency is quiet the same. It dries up also fast but sometimes it cracks my lip just a little bit. Price? Oh wel.. since we don't have Lime Crime yet here in Jakarta but you can buy them on Instagram and it costs you around Rp380.000,- to Rp400.000,-. So Stila is cheaper dong!
Overall
I like this lipstick and I do recommend this to you! So if you are very tempted to have this on your collection at home, just go to Sephora Plaza Indonesia. So you can try it your self and share your thoughts with me!
