How To : Soft Frosty Smokey Eyes (Chinese New Year!)

Hi guys, how's Chinese New Year so far? Happy Chinese New Year to each and everyone who are celebrating Lunar year. May this year brings prosperity, wealth, and health! Today I create this look, which I called Soft Frosty Smokey Eyes. I saw lots of my friends been very busy from the morning until midnight (usually) on this special day. Where they will be visiting every member of the family, and having a lunch or dinner to celebrate Chinese New Year. So I think you might need something that is very easy and wearable from day to night.

This soft frosty pink and 'brownish' colors are the perfect combination. It creates a neutral nuance but also sparks an elegant look. Having a lunch with your boyfriends family? Can do! Having a night time with friends? Absolutely! Spending time with family? No Problem!

Here the bullets that your are going to need:

- Primer : Laura Mercier Foundation Primer
- Foundation : Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 hour Full Coverage + SPF

1. Apply Primer
2. Apply Foundation with Kabuki, or you can use your fingers
3. Gently apply Cream Bush to the cheeks, with foundation brush or fingers
3. Dust Loose Powder with Powder Brush, to set the foundation
4. Apply small amount of bronzer in the hollow of the cheeks

3. Apply color Naked (1) across the whole lid, for lash line to the crease with shadow brush
4. Layer color Buck (2) on the outer corner, and blend as you apply
5. Next, gently apply color Sin (3) only to the eyelid, and leave the inner corner out, until it reaches the pigment that you desire
6. Apply color Hustle (4) on the outer corner
7. Add a hint of Virgin (5) eyeshadow on the tear duct area and your brow bone
8. Complete the look with two coats of mascara

To finish up the look, wear nude with pink based lipstick. But it's your choice, whatever color that suits you as long as you are confident with it :)

And there you go!
Beauty tip: Remember if you have thin eyelashes, you might need to curl your lashes, apply waterproof mascara, and wear fake lashes. This really make your eyes pop!

I hope this might help you, please leave any comments that you want to ask and anything that might improve my self :)
